Negative: Not Responsive.
Had an issue with my wedding rings, took it in for repairs. After a month there was something else wrong with the rings and I went in to get a refund. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks. No response from their side I have to call myself to find out when I can come and and have it sorted. Each time I'm told we just have to wait for more customers so they'll have the cash.
