Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
AMC customer service is a joke!!! I bought a combo for ova 20 k. Incorrect delivery.... The consultant refuses to take my calls and does not reply. I contacted AMC via email as well....They are not assisting. I dont have my warranty and receipe book as well. This has been going on from Apr 2023. Absolutely pathetic service. The consultants are so arrogant and rude too. I am shocked and appalled by AMC Service!!! Is there anyone that can assist or advise positive way forward.
