Negative: Not Professional.

Dear sir/madam I visited the pharmacy inside Mediclinc Bloemfontein and was trying to obtain my medical aid number via telephone. Because it was close to the pharmacy closing time, the Pharmacist on duty got annoyed and plucked the document with my medical aid number in a viscious way from my hand. She also told me that my medical aid does not cover the medicine, I suspect this is not the truth as she just wanted to go home as soon as possible. Her name is Linette Rautenbach. She is very rude, all your other staff were very friendly indeed.Your camera footage will confirm this incident. I also have witnesses which can confirm this incident. Please repremand her and send her on a course on how to treat patients/customers. Awaiting your feedback. Kind regards, NT Nortje.
