Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.
This is a very unprofessional business. Their STATEMENTS after 28 years are incorrect. staff do not talk to clients properly, blame the public for the unprofessional performance that they give. Nobody corrects statements or the staff for incorrect remarks. Time somebody woke up and sort out the problems as they do their work on excel spread sheets and have no idea how to do the basic lay out.
