Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Value.

Steer clear, I dropped off two 55” TV’s that both have power supply issues, the standby light does not even come on. Upon arrival I noted many appliances standing outside on the driveway covered with tarps. Was assured the TVs go inside the house. Left them there and a week later enquired as to the repair quote. An hour later first quote came in at R4892 for screen LCD PC board replacement. This was peculiar as no mention of the power supply that has no standby light come on. I questioned this and got the explanation that the LCD board was drawing so much power that the light could not come on… then and there I knew I was being fed BS… then the second quote for the Samsung came in at R4275 as the “Main board” I did not ask any further questions as I smelt a rat. Next day went to pick them up unannounced, Found them wet and no screw has been touched, not a mark nowhere. So they were not even opened. In short it was BS very high quotes. STEER CLEAR.
