Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

This "insurance" is a complete rip-off. Do not get ANY insurance from them. They offer different services which fall into different categories with different budgets to be used. However this horrible company is taking only from one category until exceeded and then stop paying while they should have taken budget off other categories. For example we have had a gynecologist which was our first visit there. According to the procure it should have been taken from the Wellness Benefits category as it is stated that 1 per female over 20 years per anum is taken from this category.However they decided it was day to day which has already been exceeded. We will one have to go through lawyers and in worst case through court. So please do not ever chose this "insurance".
