Thekwanes Nest offers two stone thatched cottages set in private, fully fenced tranquil surroundings. The smaller cottage comprises of a single en suite bedroom. This cottage is ideal for a couple or a couple with two children. The larger cottage has two bedrooms. The large sliding door onto the stoep allows you to view the mountain splendour from your armchair. Each cottage has a fireplace in the lounge and is set in its own secluded private garden wwith its own brei area. Drakensberg Gardens Hotel Resort, to which you have free access during your stay with us, is two kilometres away. Garden Castle is part of the Drakensberg World Heritage Site and offers walks and hikes into the mountains. Rivers for swimming, tubing and trout fishing and horse riding are all in close proximity. Three delightful & spacious wooden houses & a 2 bedroom cottage, or our secluded riverside campsite. All the self-catering units are free standing and pet friendly.
