Positive: Professional.   Negative: Not Responsive.

Retail clothing and food stores are great but their financial services dept is non existing. Been trying for 3+months to get my new credit card since my old one expired, after numerous emails and promises, still no credit card, no phone call from them to try and assist me and when I phone, no one working with the credit cards are available. Very disappointed in them.
