Negative: Not Good Quality.
I bought a wedding ring for my wife and twice in the last 3 years the stones have fallen out, took it back for 1st time and had to pay for repairs. Less than a year later the same stone has fallen out again. Took it back and now they claim that I have to pay a R1500 to fix it, YET AGAIN. Went back on Saturday to collect the broken ring, now store does not know what happened to the ring between repairer and the shop. Extremely poor service and have no sense of customer service. Extremely poor service and don't care about customer service. The quality of the ring is poor.

Hi I went into the Sterns store at city mall Klerksdorp north west to re-open my paid-up account. The store phone head office who ask me a lot of security questions and request my 3 months bank statement that i gave to the shop employee . they said head office will send me an SMS within one days. It has been 4 day's and i phone the branch to request on my re opening of the account. The store lady said she will phone me back within a hour that did not happened. At about 17h10 they phone me to inform me that head office request me to come to the store to answer more security questions. I just want to say to Sterns RSA (I DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS AT ALL) if this is how you treat your customers! I will never do business with Sterns ever again! Thanks
