Negative: Not Good Quality.
I visited the bank today to access my 31 days money at FNB Tzaneen. The lady who was assisting me(Rhindzau) not sure I got her name correctly but she must fix her customer customer service. She couldn't explain anything with patient, that I even asked y is she having a short temper with me . I've been visiting fnb branches I've never had this such customer approach, this gotta be my first worst experience I got. When I asked her where to rate her service because I ain't happy she said I will get an sms which is something I still haven't received even now. Please hire people who value their jobs and customers patient because we daily experience problems and we forced to visit branches .
