Negative: Not Professional.
I had a very disappointing experience. My father paid a deposit of over R7,000 for a job that was never started. Despite months of trying to get the money back, the company has stopped responding to us completely. As a 70-year-old pensioner, my father cannot afford to lose this money. It’s frustrating to see a company that claims to be professional treat customers this way. Absolutely appalling! I would not recommend Muluti kitchens at all, ever!!
