Bad service from the branch in Heidelberg. None of the spears I need, is in stock at this branch. If you don't asks ,they wound even check which branch has the parts. They do not offer to get it for you or order it for you. One part I needed a turbo pipe, Heidelberg did not have stock. I found out from a ather Goldwagen on line ,branch inBoksburg has the pipe I drove there to get it pipe is R400 +. I needed a vacuum pump R4800 Heidelberg did not have it,no offer to get it for me from another branch. Online again I located one at Carnival branch. I need a crankcensor R950, Heidelberg don't have. If I didn't asked him What branch has, he wouldn't even gone through the purposes to check. What is the juse to have a branch in Heidelberg. If they are not willing to help there clients.

Good Morning Sir/ Ma'am Could I please be provided with the email or contact numbers of the supervisor who is in control of the Vosloorus Goldwagen Branch, I have a Complaint against an employee who introduced himself to me as Hloni during a conversation with him on the phone, He was very rude and adamant that I didn't know the product I wanted whereas the product I advertised of the Goldwagen website and I was able to find it at the East Rand Branch

Goldwagen Paarl I believe is the most unprofessional in the western cape . I ordered parts last week and Wednesday . It is a week later , with lot of excuses and then have the audacity to put the phone down when you confront them . Almost never they pick up a phone . Two week ago I stand in the line and let the phone ring . Three times , no one answered they're phone . To busy talking trash to the tjommies .

Good day. I recently returned a part to your Atteridgeville outlet, which was supplied to me correctly. However, instead of issuing me a refund, I was told that I had to use the money for something else. Although I was reluctant, I agreed and purchased six litres of oil and two coolants for my Jeep Cherokee. The staff informed me that there was no stock available at that time but the order would arrive the next day as the van had gone out to fetch stock for the outlet. It is already a week now since the 14th of November, and I have not yet received my order. I was not even given a courtesy call until I visited the outlet yesterday. As a regular customer who buys service parts from your outlets nationwide, I expected better service from Goldwagen. Kindly improve your service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had a bad experience after I bought a part in Eastern London Goldwagen after it was fitted by 15min and it broke while I'm driving with my little child causing accident and recking my car. Having to spend more money.

Phoned up Bellville branch and the service was good .+- gave me the information I required Phoned Queenstown branch and had prompt response and Ashton was very helpful Phoned Head office Responded after 3 minutes and the phone was put on the table and I could hear all the talking , bantering for another 10 minutes until I put the phone down. Never had problems with your products but head office is a letting down the company All I want is to get a product which Brackenfell has in stock ,but they will only open in June . Not prepared to accept my money

Good day I have bought 2x Stabilizer link left - code U01G, right code U04F, on the 2/08/2021. Stabilizer were fitted within 3 weeks they broke. Im a woman was driving with kids(10, 4 and 2 yrs) when your parts broke, i was scared for both our lives. Then one guy stopped me to inform me that i cannot drive with the stabilizer hanging down like that, i told him i noticed there was something wrong with the car, so im going to workshop were they specialise with only Mercedes. I was told the stabilizers link were not the right quality for the Mercedes but in your shop you say they are for Mercedes. The sales person queried for me, now when i phone he says to me you cant change them because the mechanic put right in left and left in right, i mean how the hell do they determine that. And if that's the case why did they not brake immediately. Want my refund

I purchased a Dual Mass Flywheel at Goldwagen Woodstock on the 08-10-2021, only to find out that the part was for a manual car and not automatic, which is what I required. Funny enough, the sales person did confirm that it was for automatic - only to realise he has given the incorrect part. The cost of this was R9630. When returning the part to the store, I was told they don't have cash to refund me in their tills, I even suggested if they can refund it back to my debit card, they told me it will be processed after 7 days. For each day my car is at a workshop, it costs me money. Now I could not buy the part I want from another shop because I have not been refunded yet of which I feel it's not fair that they couldn't help me.
