After dealing with Dischem Willow Bridge for about 13 years I have to express my total dissatisfaction with the pathetic service I am receiving ! I attempted to enquire about my repeat chronic prescription but was entertained by music of your choice for 20 minutes and still no joy to speak with anybody – disgusting ! In the past I used to be notified when collection was ready, and even after amending my contact details last month, I still am not being contacted. This is the final straw, and Dischem will certainly lose me as a client, I guess this would not matter to you but I will in future support a Company such as Clicks where service is much more personalized. Could someone please revert back to me soonest as I will be leaving Cape Town to go on a month long holiday.

just nowNEW My parents aged 69 and 72 (lung surgery 2 years ago on oxygen, diabetic among other conditions), received their vaccination codes, date and time to receive their vaccination at Dischem Mall of the South. After hours of standing, no chairs, my father unfortunately could not stand any longer and my mom had to leave with him, no vaccination. Another family member, aged 76 stood from 8am until 3pm to be vaccinated. We as family would like to know why elderly individuals, who are high risk are having to wait hours midst a third wave to be vaccinated. We expected Dischem to be a lot more organised
