Netcare Pholoso Hospital opened in September 2015 in Polokwane. The ultra-modern, environmentally sustainable facility was developed by Netcare in partnership with Pholoso Hospital Group. Our 200-bed hospital is equipped with cutting edge medical technology and is supported by skilled and experienced specialists who, together with experienced nursing and support staff and the management team, are committed to providing exceptional care for our patients and their families. The facility includes, amongst other: a 30-bed paediatric ward; a 27-bed maternity unit; an 18-bed intensive care and high care unit; a 14-bed neonatal intensive care unit; two 34-bed surgical wards; a 35-bed medical ward; an 8-bed general ward; a cardiac catheterisation laboratory; 6 theatres, including one with laminar flow technology, one equipped with digital technology, and a dedicated caesarean theatre. It also has state-of-the-art endoscopic units for scope procedures.

Mediclinic Thabazimbi is arguably one of the smaller hospitals of Mediclinic Southern Africa, but is by no means small in staff commitment and superb healthcare. Mediclinic Thabazimbi is proud to be opening the doors of their new hospital premises on 15 December 2017. Located at the foot of the Ysterberg in the bushveld, Mediclinic Thabazimbi services the surrounding farming and mining communities. Due to increasing patient volumes, ageing architecture and the inability to expand on current premises, the decision was made early in 2016 to secure new premises for Mediclinic Thabazimbi.
