Negative: Not Responsive.

Hi like to report waiting time to recieve collections at the warehouse in the afternoon im at the office at half 3 and only being processing collections at 5 o clock i like to bring to attentions this is very poor from management at durban branch

Negative: Not Professional.

The worst delivery company ever, I have been tracking my parcel since last week Wednesday and they keep saying cannot deliver wrong address, when the address is correct

Positive: Professional.   

DPd laser Polokwane and their employees Worst courier ever,they sent message that my parcels would be delivered today,also sent vehicle number FFS 783 L awaited the whole day when I call next day their numbers doesn’t exist and i Called 010 number they failed to help me trace my parcel..I can’t be waiting for my parcel like this

absolute worst "courier" ever to be, even SAPO is faster and more reliable , if anyone tells you they're using dawn-wing just cancel your order and buy from wish instead you'll get faster delivery and better service

Really terrible experience... just marked my delivery as unsuccessful without even attempting to deliver it.

Negative: Not Good Value.

Beyond Poor Service!!!!! Charges you overnight rate but takes 5 days to deliver after being quoted for a 8km distance rate then when the bill comes charges you R299.00. Never again!!!!!
