Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

My first delivery date was 22nd April, it didn't arrive. I logged a support ticket and was told I didn't answer the delivery guy and that it would be rescheduled for the 30th. Have once again not received my package, and not heard anything further, no update on support tickets, no phone calls from delivery drivers. I still don't understand why they can't just ring the doorbell like any other courier. My package is now almost 2 weeks late, their phone is disconnected and no one answers support tickets. Check their reviews on google, this seems to be a recurring problem. DO NOT use Aramex Bloemfontein
