Applied Welding Technology are specialists in repairing machined components by welding and we are experts in applying hard to weld layers such as Stellite. We also run a complete machine shop so that we can provide the full service from beginning of welding through heat treatment to end of machining. Our premises are completely serviced by overhead cranes ranging from 5 to 10 tons. Applied Welding Technology is capable of welding and machining a wide variety of metals including basic carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steels and aluminum. All of our staff are certified in their specific fields of welding and machining. We at Applied Welding Technology pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce and specialise in producing and supplying the certification necessary for demanding clients such as Eskom and Sasol.
