Bassfeather Country Lodge is located about 10km outside of town on the Warden road. We have a good variety of fish ranging from carp to black bass that would keep any avid angular happy. Bassfeather wants to keep the sport alive in the region therefore we request that all anglers stick to the catch & release protocol unless certain permission is given. Guests at the lodge are welcome to explore the 300ha property that surround the beautiful dam on leisurely self guided walks. You stand a good chance to encounter zebra, ostrich, blesbok, meerkats, dassies & guinea fowl. Depending on the season, there is an abundance of birdlife to be seen close to the waters edge.
