Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

Biddulphs packed up our household belongings in September 20** for an international move that included local storage for an extended period of time. The packing was done in a very haphazard way to a point that no one had a clue what was packed in what box and therefore no accurate record. No information was forthcoming (even after repeated requests) of how goods were stored at Biddulphs premises in Cape Town or while packing the container for shipping 12 months later. It was clear goods were damaged after packing as the signed inventory/packing list was altered by Biddulphs prior to shipment. When goods were unpacked at destination it was confirmed damages were incurred prior to leaving South Africa e.g. table destroyed (legs and table top broken). Unfortunately closer inspection of goods (underneath protective packaging ) has not been possible yet. The response from Biddulphs CT has been dismissive and there suggested line of address, I believe can be of a fraudulent nature.
