The green mountain trail is a four day hiking trail around the groenlandberg (green mountain) in the overberg region of the Western Cape, South Africa.

Helderberg Farm is a family friendly farm, located just outside of Somerset West. We are open daily from 08: 00 to 17: 00 (Closed on Good Friday & Christmas Day) . We offer a variety of activities such as Hiking Trail, Mountain Biking Trail, 4x4 & Viewpoint Trail, Picnic & Braai Spots, Private Venues for Birthdays / Year End Functions / Family Reunions / Baby Showers / Kitchen Tea's, Wedding Venues, Strawberry Picking (seasonal), Strawberry Plants for Sale, Accommodation in the old Dam Hut, Tea Garden for Coffee & variety of Cakes, Play-Park for toddlers, Animal Farmyard for kids to feed the animals, Nursery, Laser-Tag & Paintball. All permits can be purchased at the Tea Garden between 08: 00 and 17: 00. No permit, no access. Besides being the coolest sport in the world, Adventure Racing is typically a multidisciplinary team sport involving navigation over an unmarked course. Races last anywhere from two hours up to 10 days in length. wanderlust Adventure Races are designed to introduce newcomers to the sport, whilst also challenging experienced athletes navigation and endurance abilities.
