The worst customer service experience from the OWNER as she calls herself who turns out is just the MANAGER and married to the owner Bridgett. Business hours cleary states open till 12h00 on Saturday but unwilling to assist customers at 11h30 to get a Beame unit fitted that takes less than 10min per installation not to mention that this has been booked for today. Clearly business is great that they don't need any customers. We were there and the shop was closed.Beame you need to reconsider who you want to partner up with as BRIDGETT is costing you customers. Who know what other business she turned away on your behalf.
