Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Avoid at all cost - appalled by the service received by this company. They have the most incompetent and corrupt people working for them. I dealt with a rental agent called Marelise, she failed to let me sign the lease agreement or go over it before finalizing things with the tenants. They half-assed the move out inspection, and was dishonest about the condition of the property - according to her the property was in excellent condition, even though the tenant left food in the stove after vacating. The cherry on the top was that they were only going to pay me R200 to repaint three walls damaged by the tenant, without producing any quotations ! According to Marelise I had to get a lawyer to contact them in order to rectify damages. This agency is happy to take monthly managing fees but has zero accountability when they need to do their job. Please stay away.
