Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

We would just like to enquire about the Ermelo branch and the bad services you wait 12 days for a reply....! they could not come out to do measurements for a window we had to measure for a quotation to get approved at the insurance company!!!!!!!!! the quotation is approved and still no luck after 3 weeks for someone to come out do the correct measurement and actually fit the glass in......!!!!!!! Really disappointed with the service of the Ermelo branch and Ms Karien Clark's assistance in this matter

Terrible service at Glassfit Potch. People unresponsive and no Covid-19 protocol were followed. Unsatisfied customer.
