Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
I booked a bus from Nelspruit to Johannesburg on 29 September 2024. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11h00, and instead, we waited for the whole 2 hours for the bus to arrive, and when it arrived, it took another 30 minutes before we could leave. We were not even informed either by email or an sms that the bus would be late. We tried to call the 086 number and the head office to find out what the problem was. The 086 number was offline, and on the head office number, there was no answer. On top of that, when it arrived, we weren't even told what was the reason for the bus to come late, and there were no apologies for that as well. Everything was normal, as if nothing had happened. Worst, we left Nelspruit 13h30, which was half an hour on top of the 2 hrs. The seats of the bus were dirty and the air-conditioners were not working at all and worse it was very hot on that day and we couldn't even open a window to get fresh air. I felt for those who were coming from Mozambique
