Negative: Not Good Value.

Paid for in-port tax and still waiting for my delivery. Keep on telling me that the parcel is not in the country but yet there system shows its in Pretoria. waiting for the Operations manager to call me regarding this and till now no phone call. This is VERY VERY BAD SERVICE from such a big company. Cant trust a company hows staff doesnt know how to tell the clients the true and also how to explain in a proper manner.

Aramex ruin my online shopping experience. They sent me an expired link to pay custom, when I call their agents are not helping. I spent hours holding for the agents who happens not to help. I wish Shein gave me an option to choose my courier service because this Aramex failed me dismally.im stuck, don't know what to do or where to go for assistance. I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.not professional,not responsive and extremely unreliable .
