The Anglican Parish of Umkomaas with Scottburgh includes Christ Church, Umkomaas, St Paul's, Scottburgh, Selborne Chapel, Pennington, St Simon & St Jude's, Ifafa, and the Umdoni Retirement Village, Pennington.

Margate Wesleyan Church, a Holiness Church believing in the Father (God Almighty) , the Son (Jesus Christ) , and the Holy Spirit. The Church is based in Manaba Beach. It is part of the Wesleyan Trans-Natal District, consisting of churches based in Gauteng and KZN, whereby this District is part of the Wesleyan South African Region. Services at the Margate Wesleyan Church are held on Sundays from 9am to 10am. Ministries consist of a Sunday School; Bible Study and Home cell groups; Men and Ladies Fellowships; Mission and Outreach Projects; and, the WES Satellite Training campus for Pastoral and Theological Candidates. The primary objective is to reach the lost, as Scripturally instructed by our Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome!
