Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.
I bought a Lenovo ideapad for study purposes. on the 2nd day I noticed that the battery life was poor. On the 5th day, the screen started flickering, I am very disappointed as I need this laptop for my assessments and asignments. I am yet to hear back from customer services, hope they resolve this issue.

I bought a second hand laptop from Cash Crusaders in the Checkers Hypermall. When they switch on I realized that it was slow. I went home and tried to work with it. Some of the apps did not open at all. I took it to a technician. He switched it on. Immediately he told me the problem is that it is an Asus laptop but somebody installed Lenovo software. They not fully compatable. I return to the branch just to meet a very unwilling hostile manager. He refused to refund me. He further also told me there is no return policies that cover this transaction. Ive tried to get hold of the owner to no avail. Next step is to lay charges against Cash Crusaders for Fraud to sell products under false pretenses. Jan Behr 071 918 0606

I was an employee at cash crusaders rustenburg cbd all my life i always wanted to work for them and when that day came after praying alot for it i was so upset about the way i got treated by morne vand der westhuizen area manager ,he told me that i am dum (dom( i am waisting the shops breath and ask me if i was an f..cking child the way he sweart at me and treated me was so bad ,no wonder the people dont stay ,after we had an buyer practice he went to my manager and lied about everything i coulnd do the trancaction becaurse they alredy cash up i was the an hour but he told my manager that i coulnd do an trancaction for 2hours wow what a lie after i was honest with the interwiew i hope oneday God will punish him for mistreating his employers somtimes infront of customers
