Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout that integrates core strengthening with Muscular Strength and Muscular Endurance training. In addition, Lagree is an isokinetic and reduced speed workout. Lagree is a method that is supposed to be taught at a super slow pace and that pace must be constant and continuous. Students are encouraged to move at a slower pace over time Lagree uses many bodybuilding training principles such as Time Under Tension and isometric training; and just like bodybuilding, Lagree has its own 'Progressive Overloading.
