Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

I showed Mr. Wouter Louw what I wanted. I used my existing granny flat as the template. Zinc aluminum roof sheeting, zinc aluminum flashing and the same torched on waterproofing. 31 March 20** payment was made in full. Mid-May 20** 80% of the roof sheeting was fitted. Just a quick bolt down. 29 Sept 20** I restarted the conversation to have the outstanding work 100% completed. Mr. Wouter Louw has been Ignoring all my calls since early Nov 20**. Everything has gone dead since last visit from his sub-contractor - 26 Oct 20**. To date 28 March 20** after 173 emails, WhatsApp, SMS’s and phone calls I am at wits end with Mr. Wouter Louw NOTHING has materialized. No final invoice and no refund. Calls are ignored or blocked. Besides being out of pocket with a few thousand rand, I doubt the warranties and guarantees that was assured has any value. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Mr. Wouter Louw or his company RUBITER CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
