Solomon Pena My Service Mission Solomon Pena Graduated from UNM May 2021 BA Political Science. Years of selling roofs has taught me to never give all of my roofs to one roofing firm. My practice is to monitor the behaviour of the owners and installers of the roofing firms that I sell for. When their behaviour drops below my acceptable standard I stop turning in roofs to them. This is in the property owner (s) best interest. My first whole year in this business I sold exclusively for one roofing firm. This gave the firm license to do any poor performance that they were alright with providing on any roof I gave them, because they knew I would keep turning in roofs for installation. The referenced firm performed A + great and super deficient installations. By awarding the roof deals to whoever is performing the best at the point that the roof is ready for installation, my agents and I act in the best interest of the owner (s) of the roof.
