Negative: Not Professional.
Very disappointed with Mistrys Randburg - returned goods the same day. When following up on the refund a few days later we were told: the accountant hasn’t been in, then he won’t be in until after next weekend, then refunds are only paid once a month. How many excuses can you get in one call? We were also told there would be a 6% charge, even though we paid by EFT. I don’t have a problem paying another collection fee, that is fair. This might just be a something for the Consumer Protection Act. Will be posting on other social media as well.
