Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Current client. Been informed office or lab made incorrect lenses. Mind you I paid in full and after a month and follow ups and promises by reception that I would be called to resolve, yet still no call after a week of daily follow ups and promises. Claims optometrist is over loaded and I need to be understanding. They as reception can't give me any indication as to resolution. I out right told her that as I client I expect them to have the correct lenses made up and inform me when the correct product arrives. The reception outright said she can't do that and the optometrist needs to decide what she will be willing to do. She is busy and will call when she has time... pathetic and very disappointing service. Definitely over paid and still not even correct or any after service or client service.
