Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I made used Panache Rental agency to lease and manage my Unit that I bought, Myself as owner signed a Contract with Panache for a Year, The Contract will be ending in a weeks time. I requested Photos that should've been taken before the Tenants moved in with the Inspection list that was supposed to be completed and submitted to me. At first I was ignored, after my follow up message They responded saying that They will send everything to me. A month later I still haven't received those documents that was requested, They responded saying that They forgot to take photos, then behind my back quickly phoned my Tenants to quickly draft a Inspection list, I used them for a Year, never have they visited the unit for inspection, They never took photos in the beginning, their payments was mostly late towards me and worst of all they did NOTHING, I paid for a Full Year every month the Management fee but all they did was invoice and collect their half. I will not recommend Panache EVER to anyone!
