Lydenburg is the home of the renowned Lydenurg Heads and replicas of this special find may be seen in our museum. We are also proud of the multi-cultured nature of our exhibitions and believe that it is representative of our area.

Our exhibits explain how technology has influenced the development of forestry history over the years. The Museum views the birth of forestry and the role trees play in nature and offers information on the land preparation, planting and the management of un-utilized land as well as educating how we can add value to an environmentally friendly industry.
