I've been dealing with the Hirsch Centurion store for 3 months now regarding a faulty Defy freezer. Defy has authorised the replacement of the freezer 2 months ago but Hirsch still has not come to collect their faulty freezer. The service is terrible!! Mark who is the manager at Hirsch Centurion is the most useless manager I've ever dealt with. He does not know his ass from his elbow!!
