I used faith airport parking in late October. My vehicle was returned to me with a quarter tank of petrol and my kilometers traveled was cleared. I contacted numfundo who agreed to reimburse me. She asked for some time and eventually told me the money was put into time bank but no such deposit was made. In good faith I gave her the chance to reimburse my fuel. I even sent pictures of my kilometers as well as images of road signs to show the places I was passing whilst retuning to kzn and to show my cars usage in terms of fuel. Im disappointed that these companies fool people when they advertise yet they commit acts of theft. Niruana

DO NOT USE THEM. The worst service ever. I left my car in good condition. In my return, the front tyre was flat and no one said anything. I only realized when I was about to drive. I called them and when they guy came back, he was like “oh it’s the front tyre” - so he knew. No one said anything and we had a 4 hour drive from the airport. No one to account, no one knew what happened. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The guys drove to autozone with me coz I forced them then they left when they were diagnosing the issue and just disappeared. I was left there to figure it out. DO NOT USE THEM

This company is plain crooks- they bought my car back with my weelcaps being stolen off my car. The driver promised me to courier it the next day. When i tried to call they blocked my number. Even my husbands number was blocked. They dont respond to messages. He drove back to the aitport the next day and could not find any representative of safe car/ faith parking . Im highly disgusted at this horrible service.

Not only did my husband and I have to wait at the airport for this company for OVER AN HOUR, but once we received our vehicle, we noted that several of our items were missing. Our car tools, jack, bluetooth device, 2 seat covers and various other items all gone. We immediately got in contact with Sylvia, who seemed helpful and asked for 2 days to investigate. It has now been over a month and every call and message and email to this company has gone ignored. Over R4000 worth of items just gone and no accountability taken. Terrible company, terrible ownership and highly unprofessional.
