Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

Absolutely disgusting service. After their "clean", there was a brown residue on my chairs leaving it in a worse condition. I have confronted the owner many times to come rectify but he's full of empty promises for months! Do not recommend!

FLOOD DAMAGE Just wanted to give a shout out to Peter and his team. We had a flood in our offices yesterday during to the hail storm .Peter and his team came out within 45 minutes and sucked up all the water and cleaned up.all the mess . Was a pleasure to deal with.

Hi we used Bettersteam to clean our carpets and lounge suite. They where on time .We had some serious stains which they managed to remove. Their Supervisor kenny was fantastic and did a wonderful job.

don't even want to give it any star!!!!!! terrible service. left my carpets with big white patches and been promising to come and clean it and its almost 2 months later. no one is taking accountability for this. I have asked for a refund as I was demanded to pay before the guys left.
