I am sooo disappointed in your service. Poor standard of practice in Cape Town. I made an overnight express on Thursday and it was suppose to be delivered on Friday by Isaacs. He had no access to the university, but he did not even bother calling or organize a call. What was the point of paying close to R200 for a parcel that will be delivered days later ??? I needed that parcel to register with Health Professional Council of SA and because of your incompetence I stand a chance of not having s license!! I called the call centre ample times and Monique took my number so many times to show that nobody really cared about my query. Thank you so much for nothing.

I'm utterly disappointed in the service. Since I placed my order online my last update of the delivery was on the 1st December till now I have not received any feedback. I have sent an email to address on the website but still no one has contacted me. Either refund me my monies or deliver my goods
