The after sales service is disgusting!! You can never get hold of anyone who can resolve the problem. They blacklist telephone numbers so when you call they keep you on hold, but amazingly if you call from another number, your call gets answered. I studied with Damelin many years ago, they were brilliant, now I regret signing my son up with them in December. Deposit paid, debit orders gone off but still no student number 2 months later. STAY AWAY FROM DAMELIN THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABLE STRUCTURE!

damelin need to be taken to claim court they don't value any one but taking money from parents and they don't refund in any case but giving empty promise .I AM ONE OF THEM WHO PAID FEE and they didn't have the course of N4 Due to their own issues and they approved my refund since 20** till today its hell of empty promise from head office to all others offices . I am taking them to court i need more people with similar case to join me we file the complains and open case against Damelin college . I do have a legal presenter .

My son was doing a Sound engineering course for 3 yrs at the Menlyn campus. I was paying via debit order. My problem is that the account department have incompetent staff. I have sent emails since the beginning of January complaining about the balance, till now no response. I sent it to Dineo, explaining to her how much I paid. No phone call or email from her. I want to know why. I am not happy about the account department.
