They don't want to refund me since June they tell me they will call me

Negative: Not Professional.

Called Customer service center. Bought a pair of takkies about a month or so ago . Wore it once but it was uncomfortable , didnt want a refund but just a bigger size shoe . Was unconditionally told that under no condotion can i return them by Indian lady who took my call. Funny how you can return a million rand vehicle but not a one thousand odd value takkie. Isnt there a six(6) month consumer protection right in regard to returning goods ? Guess it only applies to some businesses in this country and not all , and also guess its whos on the other end of the line that you talking to. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SELF SERVICE
