Superior production from security paper to fast food packaging. Enstra produces high quality printing paper, security paper and packaging paper products for use throughout industry. The mill has a highly skilled team, which understands the technical processes and has expertise in all necessary areas. Enstra has two main machines: *PM2 - For Fine Paper Grades (white and brown grades, board grades, printing grades) as well as Security Paper (sensitised and unsensitised, CMSA accredited, security features including fibres, planchettes, watermarks and security brands) . *PM6 - Containerboard and Bag Grades (KFC, McDonalds, etc. ) Drawing upon a successful history of over 75 years, the name "Enstra" is derived from its chief raw material: Enterprise Straw. The Corruseal Group purchased the Enstra Mill in 2015 and it is situated in Springs, Gauteng.

Tugela Mill has been in operation since 1945 and is currently the oldest purpose-built mill in the Sappi group. The mill produces pulp for its own consumption, containerboard and lignosulphonate for export. Situated in the town of Mandeni near the Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal, the mill is located near the ports of Richards Bay and Durban (South Africa), allowing for easy access to global markets. Our emphasis at the mill is on satisfying customer needs through high levels of quality and process as well as equipment optimisation. We produce 135, 000tpa of neutral sulfite semi-chemical pulp for own consumption and with a capacity of 195, 000tpa, the no 2 paper machine produces a range of Ultraflute and Ultratest corrugating medium (liner) manufactured from recycled and virgin fibre. Established in 2012, Tugela Mill joined Sappi Biotech as a source of lignosulphonate, producing 25, 000tpa of lignosulphonate in powder form and 35, 000tpa of liquid product.

Ngodwana Mill has been in operation since 1966 and entered the dissolving wood pulp (DWP) market in 2013 with the conversion of part of the mill's paper grade pulp production to DWP production. The mill produces paper grade pulp for own and for market consumption, as well as newsprint, containerboard and dissolving wood pulp. It is located along the N4 national road in the scenic Elands Valley, 50km from Mbombela, the capital city of Mpumalanga province. Conveniently situated amidst Sappi's own commercial forestry operations, the mill produces 330, 000 tons of paper pulp for own consumption, 210, 000 tons of dissolving wood pulp and 380, 000 tons of paper (newsprint and kraft linerboard used for packaging) per annum. 70% of the mill's product is exported and the balance is used locally.
