The brand – Pantsula bites: the word Pantsula lends itself to the hip-hop, trendy and modern people of South Africa. Pantsula bites is more than just a food offering IT’S a lifestyle choice and That’s what makes it the African food outlet of choice. The offering: the concept, menu and recipes took 2 years to perfect with the idea being to serve traditional south African food that was professionally packaged from a hygienic environment. The cuisine is made up of meat dishes, giving the public an alternative to the many existing chicken take away offerings. Meals include Boerewors, brisket, t-bone, ribs, Indian curries, pap and Ujeque. It was imperative that our recipes were better than any home cooked meal and recent research indicates that the meals offered are ‘better than what MOM makes! ’
