The One33 Cheesery produces a range of artisanal cheeses as well as haloumi, feta and fresh yoghurt. A range of One33 cheese and ploughman platters are available profiling the One33 range. The One33 range of craft spirits are distilled here in St Francis Bay, and includes White and Dark Rum and Black Rum Mixed Spirit, the Sea Vista Gin, Autumn Gin and Die Khoi Gin, Die Kriomme Brandewyn and The Village Vodka. The One33 Dark Rum and Die Khoi Gin are award winning spirits.
