Negative: Not Responsive.

I went to Spitz in Southgate(05/02/2022) to get a sneaker I wanted as it was the only store left with that size.When I got there we realized the sneaker is a bit damaged inside but not visible on the outside. Since it was the only one left nation wide,I requested to be discounted as I want the sneaker the manager told me she can't, I requested she speak to the area manager who she couldn't get hold of. I found it very unprofessional that there's a manager in store who's not able to make a decision on such matter. I would still like to purchase the sneaker but I obviously wouldn't be willing to pay the full price at it will wear out quickly since it's already damaged
