Good Day I bought a jacket and returned the jacket and is still waiting for the money to pay back in my account. This is now 3 days, but if you must pay immediately, they haven't have enough cash to pay me back in their store, Menlyn Park. Thank you Eileen

Negative: Not Professional.

I will never buy from this store ever again, not worth my hard earned money. I bought items online and soon after requested a cancellation, there was no feedback whatsoever on this matter from Sissy boy and I had to constantly call and email them. A week later, still no feedback and rude personnel over the phone. Pathetic service to say the least. I will never support this sissy boy ever again.

Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Good Value.

I bought a black jacket at R1699, not yet washed but the inner fibre is coming out, zip is also not working properly. The jacket is less than three months old and I hardly wear it. If I had a way of getting my money back I would return back their jacket.

Wanted to purchase a jacket(R1,499) at your Menlyn store. Abigail was quite attentive. When I went back a few days later, she had two assistants and exactly the opposite service. I’m still waiting for them to come back to me with the jacket which according to them was available at woodlands , and they would get for me. Guess what , it was for today. So I bought something else , somewhere else.
