Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

First visit before entering the office showroom was told rudely by Kathy yourll have 5 minutes we are closing . I told her we will come back when there is more time to view and left. We went back the ffg week and purchased ceiling cornices from what was available in hanging stock as it was only on orders that cornices were made up. The staff loaded the bakkie and we drove home slowly took us 40 minutes .Upon reaching home we inspected the cornices they were cracked and broken . Immediately I called the Co ordinated mouldings office and explained that the product was cracked ,broken this was 40 minutes from purchasing. He told me that they will fix/sort it out. The next day I took the ceiling cornices back to Co ordinated mouldings where they refused to accept that they sold me substandard, poor quality product. They refused to refund me . The lady Kathy was extremely rude . I left the ceilings with them as I could not use them. This company is not customer Friendly .
