Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

I have such unprofessional service with bigfoot PMB manager Mr Raymond Kama Patha at the PMB branch,I have been tracking my parcel the whole and was told it would be delivered today about 3,so drove from my village to the delivery address ,only to sit there the whole day and my parcel not delivered,spoke to the manager who hung up on me twice while speaking to him,lastly he told me to come pick up the parcel myself. This is the second time I'm expiriancing this problem.
