Negative: Not Professional.

After replacing their original sky light screens (that leaked when raining) they said to me that there wont be any leaking. Unfortunately the prism skylight leaks in 3 different places. Astra Skylights refuse to come and fix unless a revamp is done at additional costs. Be careful of this company. Promises and guarantee and professional service is NOT on their priority.
