Good morning Management Hope this find you well As I am writing this email it's regarding the Marteninty Ward of your hospital, I went in there on the 4-03-23 reffered by the fix clinic at Pongola town as I was 34 weeks pregnant water was broken so they book ambulance for me to take me there, I was waiting to be attended on the que by maternity staff there this 2 nurses was on duties where we we registered at unfortunate it's was full we waited from 10 to be attended at 6 in the morning, there was nothing we can do about that but my concern is with those who were registered us not two of them but my complain is with the one who was bullying us while we waiting on the que with no reason I didn't took her details but I managed to phone n they gave me she is Nomkhosi Sithole with Carly wig dark in completion though there were 2 on the desk but not the one with the braids light in skin, please guys as much as this is public hospital we must be treated like people, stop bullying us.
