OLD MUTUAL has become the most useless company with zero communication or feedback. You might just as well talk to a wall. Better to do away with gsenq*****@oldm*****.com than having such a terrible facility where no-one bothers to answer your emails. OLD MUTUAL can't even get a debit order date right, why would you continue with such an incompetent company? NEVER ever would I have thought that such a once glamorous company would abuse their Clients in the way I have been abused this last year. I am taking you to the small claims court seeing that I do not get any feedback or reply from OLD MUTUAL. Ref
